While the links below address many of the requirements you may have, should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the appropriate contractor or Exposition Management.

Should you be unfamiliar with some of the Trade Show Terminology you may refer to the Glossary of Trade Show Terms.

In addition, during our transition to the Gaylord Hotel beginning with the 2009 event, we will be using an assignment order point system for on site space selection at the 2008 event.  Please see the below link for a full explanation on how points are accumulated and how space will be designated.
