Problems Accessing Online Registration?

PLEASE NOTE:  If your computer is located behind a firewall, you might not be able to access online registration. Firewalls sometimes block JavaScript, or won't let you access a secure server(SSL) -- which online registration requires. If your firewall does not allow JavaScript and/or access to a secure server(SSL), you won't be able to access online registration.
